Camp Humphreys Church of Christ

About us

 

We are a congregation of Christians who meet on Camp Humphreys, Korea. We seek to follow the Bible and the Bible only. The congregation is made up of Soldiers, Families, Civilians and our Korean brethren! Our goal is to serve God as He has outlined in the Bible. Our aim is to please God while helping one another to live right and reach heaven. We offer Bible classes for teens, elementary and preschool aged children, and adults. The Warrior chapel also offers cry-rooms for our worship services.

The work we do as a church is spiritual:

• We spread the good news of Jesus.

• We build up the members in the faith and in love.

• We help our fellow Christians grow in the faith.
   

Our assemblies are simple and true to the New Testament pattern:

• We partake of the Lord’s supper every Sunday.

• We sing hymns and spiritual songs.

• We pray.

• We pool our resources through freewill offerings every Sunday.

• We study God’s word, the Bible.
   

Members of this church are those who have become Christians by:

1. Believing the gospel of Jesus the Christ (Mark 16:16),

2. Turning from their sins to serving God (Acts 2:38),

3. Professing with their mouth that Jesus is their Lord (Romans 10:10), and

4. Being immersed in water for the forgiveness of their sins (Acts 22:16)
    

Affiliation: We are not affiliated with any denomination. We are a church of Christ, for that is a Biblical designation (Romans 16:16) describing our relationship with Christ. This church belongs to Him.
